Start with the creation-year range
State the exact year or acceptable range you want. If year is only a preference, say so. Making every detail mandatory can make a bulk request unnecessarily difficult to fill.
Understand what group history matters to you
Some buyers care about previous activity or message history; others only care about age and ownership. Decide which information is relevant to the purchase rather than assuming more history is always better.
Separate member count from group age
An old group can have very few members, and a newer group can have many. Treat member count as a separate requirement and specify whether inactive or low-member groups are acceptable.
Clarify ownership and administrative control
Before payment, understand what ownership/admin rights will actually be transferred and what steps are required to finish the handover. Never assume that being added as an administrator automatically means the transfer is complete.
For bulk orders, define acceptable variation
A batch of old groups may vary by exact year, member count or activity. If variation is acceptable, define the boundaries. This often makes the request easier to quote without lowering the requirements that truly matter.
Use the group for legitimate purposes
